Rehana Talaimojeh – Founder, SENARP
Rehana has spent the last 13 years focusing on the development of SEND education. Rehana founded SENARP, focused on a holistic, 24-hour curriculum supporting both parents and children. This includes the pioneering Phoenix Home Project, as well as setting up multiple Additional Resource Provisions (ARPs) to train staff and create inclusive strategies to maximise the potential of autistic children with additional complex needs.

Dr. Alison Livemore – Headteacher
Alison is a doctoral researcher (PhD (c)) in autism education with over ten years leading teaching and learning for autistic pupils. Alison expertly guides teams to implement evidence-based, nurturing systems. She delivers comprehensive autism training for various stakeholders and has significant experience in curriculum management, including developing specialized curricula for pre-formal and semi-formal learners.
